Have you ever want to travel back to Home country <Nepal>? Try and buy any tickets from any travel agents, but "President Travel." This agency will cheat you, eventually. They will sell you any kind of tickets exaggerating the terms and conditions of the tickets at POS (point of sale). Once they sale you then, they don't even respond your phones or e-mails.

Zen travel is no different.

I have positive rating about Zen Travel. They did excellent job for me when I travel to KTM last winter. Their response was promt and honest.

Not delt with other travel agnecy, No complain about ZEN.

I approached to Zen Travels at first. One thing, I really like about them was they explain honestly that any tickets they issue from ZEN Travel, will not be cancelled or refunded. So I had to look for other. I have a great respect for their honesty and for sure they will stay in business for longer period of time. In contrast, this "fraud President Travel" promised that all and every ticket issued by them can be cancelled and refundable. No need to worry. They say until and upto a person makes purchase. Once sales is done, they even do not respond their call or e-mails. In my rest of life, I will never intend to deal with any of these mushroom-like Nepalese Travel Agents. I will rather buy from Indian Travels. At lease they take the accountability for what they've done. Thanks, for your response, Bro.

Yes, As a fraud victim, I just want to make aware other friends not to deal with this agency, so you don't have to lose a big buck in (U.S. Dollar), which is very hard to make by hard working.

It might be too easy to make money for such a fraud people out there. But, hey, they eventually gonna get burned in hell.
