dude, as far as I know, you need to go back to Nepal to get the visa. I had a friend of mine who was on F1 too; she had to go back to her country to get the green card. Good luck dude!! If you don't feel like going back to Nepal, you can give the green card to me. I don't mind going back to get the green card :)
