Mine just says EAD is approved and we will mail your approval notice.

No further update yet after "New Card Is Being Produced" on Aug 11. :(

my status was changed to "new card is being ordered" on 11th Aug and no news after that :(

I got a reciept number on 15 July finger print on 13 August. TPS and EAD is pending is case status. How long do I need to wait anymore?

In production on August 11. Nothing since.

You had your biometric on Aug 13th, and people who had biometric on end of July are still pending, but people who got bio on Aug 14th already got EAD approved. So, there is not exact time, and USCIS says within 3 months.

Biometrics done on July 30 and still waiting for status to be update, "Pending at local office". anybody having same issue ?

Document Delivered to USCIS: 6th july
Notice of Acceptance paper notice received: 13th july
Biometric notice received: 20th july
Appointment date: 5th august

EAD received:Pending

TPS received Pending

Haven't recived a single mail from them, called them to check on it, was told to wait..double checked the address twice its right.

EAD :Pending

TPS :Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case.

Anyone who is out of status and already has TPS approved??? Anyone, who is out of status and applied for TPS, please share your opinion...

I applied and here is the latest progress on my applications:

I 821: Finger print fees received and already did the finger print thing
I 797: New card has been ordered

My Friend is out of status, and he is waiting for his EAD as well.
New card has been ordered means they will send your EAD soon.

Most of the I-821 are pending.

When did your get that status change?

Bro haru I got my status changed on Aug 12th saying "New card is being produced". After that aile samma change bhako chaina. Any idea how long does it take to mail the card.

My Case approved on Aug 24, new card being produced
Sent on June 26, received on Jun 29 biometric done on July 30

When did your status change to 'New card being produced'? And after that now your case is in approved status?

August 19th, case is approved and new card is ordered.
August 25th card is mailed.

I 821 says finger print fees was received for until now and for a long time.
I 765 says new card has been produced since August 11.

It's really hard to say when you will get your card. Many people are still waiting since their status changed to EAD in production in second week of August. Most of the TPS are still in process.
Let's hope for the best and wait.

Haiti TPS extended today again. They are in 7 years so far. Hope Nepal gets extended every year.

P.s. Can we all put all the TPS queries here in this threads rather than creating new ones. It is just too many threads all over sajha. People want to read stories, poems, articles, jokes and other stuffs rather than just TPS. Just a thought.
