Just take the appointment notice to Nearest ASC office on the day of appointment or after.
They will happily put you as walkin. Before the appointment date they many not allow.
Source- been there done that.

If the ACS office is not busy then they will take you in else you have to wait for your appointment date.

Will they email and text you before mailing the letter for the biometrics appointment? Has anyone from NYC gotten the biometrics appointment letter yet?

They don't send any notification for biometric. They are usually sending biometric after 4-6 days they sent your NOA.

I received e-notification on Jul 8 and still haven't gotten a letter for biometrics.

When is your notification date for your NOA? I mean the date on paper notice.

Notice date is July 8.

It should be in your mail by now, what state and city are you in? Some places it is very busy so they might be waiting for a spot to put you in. Just give them this week, hopefully, you will get by Monday.

You should submit whatever you have. Submit both if you got both.

Its better to submit both.

Received Biometrics appointment letter today.

Just curious, How long does it receive to get EAD card under TPS? I don't think there is premium processing

They say the average time is 3 months.

I read that you can get your ead before TPS is adjudicated. There is something call prima facie eligible. So let's say roughly in 3 months after USCIS determines you are TPS eligible

You should get your EAD within 30 - 45 days after you complete your biometrics.
