 Guys,
When i make momo at home i don't find it juicy but when i eat in restaurant or some other friends house (only few) i find MoMos Juicy and really good.
Other thing i have found is some people don't put too much spice inside MOMO and it tastes good.

I have tried MOMO in some nepali restaurants in New York and they were really tasty and juicy. They didn't have too much masala inside keema.

La sathi ho kei idea cha bhane let's share....How should i make it juicy and tasty.

Thanksgiving ko chutti ma yeso banau bhanera ho.

Ani Momo Achar ko pani recipe cha bhane dinu hola.

Dhanyabad..

Use butter. Also, Turkey momos tend to be dry so try using Pork.

When you buy meat, try to buy some fat with it. You prolly got the ground meat, see if you can add fat to it otherwise use butter as ppl suggested above. Another big clue: Use ONIONS!!

Here are some tricks to get juicy mo:mo without using animal fat:

-Use Shallots instead of Onions and use lots of them.
-Use Ghee instead of Butter. (few drops will do it)
-If you can buy the keema from the butcher (place where they sell nice steak) instead of pre-package.

That will get you juicy and somewhat healthy mo:mo.
