I'd love to go to Canada someday though! Always wanted to go there. I've heard great things about it. Friendlier people, amazing landscapes and Nepal is more reputed among the Canadians than the yanks ( correct me if I'm wrong ). The working permit is the main issue though and rightly so. Perhaps the most appealing aspect of American higher education is the working while studying feature.

It's definitely hard to study in Canada as an international student. You are only allowed to work 20 hours per week as an International student; and nope don't even THINK about working more than those alloted 20 hours because the security is pretty bottled neck. There are tight regulations against going those 20 hours limit. As an international student you have to pay a lot more than the regulars so unless you can be financed by your folks doing undergrad in Canada is not the best option. On the other hand, if your parents have PR then it's much easier because you can get government loan.

416 from what I know masters is easier compared to undergrad because you might qualify for some grants, but other than that I don't see any differences.

90 % of Nepalese who come for undergraduate study in the US do regrets their decision, don't they? I think one can get a far better undergrad education in Engineering, General Science and Medical Science in Nepal and India than in the US with all the financial burden. I have seen almost 100 % Nepalese who have undergrad degree either from India or Nepal are in good professional job in the US now. But many Nepalese who came to US after their SLC or I. Sc./ I.A./ I. Com. are suffering. Everyone of them say they have either Master in Information System or MBA but nobody hires them.. They end up working in sale or something like that.

So, whenever someone asks with me help to come US after his I. Sc. or SLC, I always discourage him unless his parents are Multi-Crorepati in Nepal.

grauate study is master degree and undergraduate is bachelor. and Graduation is the action of receiving or conferring an academic degree or the associated ceremony. Graduation can be in anything.even small training clases. so wolf tiger dont get confused.

Indeed undergad education is hard in canada. But masters degree too easier than US financially. But they only admit a few masters students in good canadian universities and all of them are funded well. few of my frens are in edmonton n calgary doing masters.

Well it pretty much sucks for people with student visa, honey. Yk, you have to be a PR and citizenship owner to WORK and study.
