This is a tricky situation. I don't think this cocksu*ker, m*therfu*ker (might also be a sisterfu*ker depending on where he comes from) is doing anything wrong as per the law of Nepal(you can always argue about vandalizing). You should never get into violence when you see things like this unless the son of a bit*h like this guy attacks you first. Otherwise low lives like this guy will always take advantage of the situation. However, we should always protect what is precious to us. So much for the democracy and the government who couldn't even protect a national treasure.
