I guess most people visiting sajha is not familiar with The Onion.com and the idea behind it. Hence do not see your attempt at humor/satire. I guess these poeple who believe your articles to be true are just plain ignorant and the people who know it is humor/satire and don't like it need to ignore it. BTW, I find your prespective amusing and chuckle every time I read...

 III_III what do you take us for? There are ppl who know what onion.com is and  know he is trying to be funny.  He is far from being funny, if he amuses you, congratulations. But may be our standards are little higher, but it is a free world.

... and you certainly seem to have made it amply clear that your standards are little bit higher than this so you have no business crawling around this thread. I have seen far worse in sajha for this be of any issue.

Much ado about nothing, folks!  Sajha Onion has done nothing wrong.  A satire about a current event is something we see in Comedy Central on a daily basis, so what's the big deal?  As long as it's not death, serious injuries or a natural catastrophe thats being made fun of, all's fair.  The news about the rape is public information and for our own, in-house "onion" to manipulate the news and create a satire on it makes a person unfamiliar about this news analyze it even more and make their own judgement on it.  

Not that I'm ever looking to make my own grand satire about this case (I'll leave that to our "onion" expert), I too sympathize with the Nepali dude accused of rape as he seems to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time, that's all.  A few years ago, another Nepali dude in OC was accused of the same.  It's time to stop copulating with drunk chicks, folks.  A "yes" actually means a NO the next day when the female cannot remember what happened in her state of drunken stupor.  Well, if it were up to me to decide, I'd think most females, if not all of them actually do know what exactly goes on when they're drunk.  But, if they've passed out, then it's a different story!

Agreed. I'd rather read less humorous, but original and creative, piece than nonsensical rants that are prevalent here.

I think you should post it like once a week, with various segments of your version of the activities/news that happened that week. Kinda "The week that wasn't" .
