Everytime I see ads where Indians are looking for nepalis to hire. Indian restaurants want to hire Nepalis, Indian convenient stores want to hire Nepalis. Indian settled families want to hire Nepali nannies. Indians take Nepalis as trustworthy people who work hard. Nepalis don't like Indians but will gladly go to work for them because they don't have any options.

I have many Indian friends doing business and when I told them most Nepalis don't like Indians they don't believe me. Nepalis are very good at chaplusi so maybe the Indian bosses don't notice anything. It's funny to know this from both sides.

I know what you mean. When I tell Indians that Nepali's really don't like them, they don't believe me either!

As much as we can say this or that about them, everyone is different. Perhaps they do want to hire because we are trustworthy, or peehaps they think of us as lower than them... who knows... everyone is different!!

Why are you guys going around telling Indians that Nepalis don't like Indians?
First of all it's not a nice thing to say to anybody. Second, you don't represent the whole Nepali community.

I don't go around telling people Kiddo. When I was younger a few Indians asked me because they heard it, so I told them the truth. I wasn't saying based on all of Nepal. I was just telling them what some of us think.

I don't go around telling all indians. I have a group of good friends from India as well as few other countries and it's all good to share anything with these friends.

Glad to hear that nepaligal/karodpati.I don't like India either, but I don't hate Indians. We are too heavily influenced by them as we share our cultures together.

 one of the reason is:

Indians do not want to work as hourly basis, they want to open their own bussiness. I see very few Indians work other peoples store.

Agree with Jhapali:

Once Nepali joined the the team, never leave and never agrue, always on time which is just opposit of hiring an Indian fellow ( they do just the way we are doing here in sajha).
They know how to manupulate Nepali and take advantage of  thier short comings, like the auto mechanics ( old poeple are victimized)
