ye i have done is sucessfully . i phoned to nepal.. they give international call free for 10 minutes. here is the the entire process

Process :
1. just click on that and get to the site.
2. and make account where there is 10 minutes free by providing your specification(name, phone number, pin{password**,.....)
3. after making account, just log in. go to my rebtel
4. go to mycontact
5. add the number you want to do the call..for example if you want to call nepal you can add the nepal number or else
6. and again see the list in my contact there is a link for the call. there is a number given and just dail it form your mobile.
7. it will cost only local charge only.
