A great news to celebrate for all who love Nepal :
Tsering Choden’s video submission for Democracy Video Challenge has been declared a winner! She is among the 6 to receive an all-expense-paid trip to New York, Washington, and Los Angeles in September, where they will meet with democracy groups, film and television companies, the media, and government organizations. Screenings of their films are planned in all three cities. More than 900 people from 95 countries participated in the challenge and Tsering’s video beat all submissions from South and Central Asia...............................

What so big deal! do we even have democracy in our country? forwarded email does the trick, prashant taman won indian idol, we nepali are good. good for the girl, who got chance to party in NY, LA pub instead of thamel.
