I am a student. I been here in United states in the fall of 2007. I am trying to go to the army and I have already join the unit . The thing is that I am doing my masters in the college to maintain my status. Tell me if it is OK to leave the college right now? I will be out of status or not?? My training will start from November of 2016.

Ma Nepali why you have to be so negative bro?

Alright bro if you already joined your unit then there should not be problem but nothing is guaranteed until you pass basic and get citizenship. If you leave your college and let's say you become out of status, don't they give you 90 days of grace period to adjust status.

Also join mavni group in facebook you will find alots of info there.

It is okay to leave ur college and not be in status while you ship as you have already signed the contract. However be very careful not to leave the country or get in any trouble. Other than that, you should be good.
