 NVC Processing time - IR5 Parent GC

Does anyone know the timeline for NVC processing time for Nepal Embassy Consular processing?
My case is
scan date June 22nd , 2017
Case Complete is August 5th, 2017
Now waiting for an Interview to be scheduled. Does anyone know how long after CC can I expect them to schedule an interview? And also what are the documents my parents need to bring during the interview?
