Hello, I applied for TPS registration in November 2023, and as of March 17th, my case is still pending. For those who applied for TPS in November, have you received your EAD yet?

I only received this:
Thank you for submission of your service request.
USCIS will review the request.

And WTF USCIS is telling you they need 60 days to respond to your inquiry!!

USCIS putting some of us in agony smh!!!

But on the bright side, i submitted my I-765 receipt letter to my employer and provided them with the USCIS ead auto extension rule and they have updated it till june of 2025.

@ShreeRam, I got an approval in about 2 weeks after submitting the Service Ticket from TSC. Also, check the documents tab, the I-797 approval letter might have been posted while the case was still showing actively reviewing! Hope that helps.

@hose, how did you submit service ticket? Nebraska Service Center ho ki TSC?

uscis updated my timeline saying 3 months for case decision….last week it was 1 week….dfq is with USCIS….

@Rosa1234 First check the processing time for the TPS application. ( https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/) Uscis will show average processing time, and provide a text box to enter your priority date. If your case is outside of processing time, USCIS will provide you an option to raise a service ticket!

Just like other folks here I filed TPS registration back in Oct. I opened uscis service request back in March but no response. I also reached out to White House with the concern and they did send me the email stating that they will reach out to uscis but still no response from them (Uscis).

@techlife123, if it has passed 30 days since you raised the service ticket, you can re raise another one. You will need to raise the service request for TPS case number (not EAD)

No need to cry, they already extended your EAD receipt validation date to TPS expiration date for Nepal. If you are working keep working.

Hi all ! Does anyone is this form know that if you are in TPS you can only travel 180 days every 10 yrs? Is this correct ?

That must be the stupidest thing I have heard in a while. TPS does not restrict travel. Its just common sense to not travel frequently while on TPS because the whole point of then granting us TPS is because its not safe for you to return to your country. At the worst, CBP will ask you why you travelled(in a contemptuous way) but that's it. As long as you have your travel document and its valid and you are not doing anything fishy or travelling to a restricted country, no one will deny you entry. Just make sure not to travel too frequently and stay outside US for long period of time as this can potentially affect your TPS renewal.

Stop your bullshit opinion here and listen to me . I know someone who have travelled 14 times since 2016. Why do you think somebody shouldnt travel frequently with travel document ?
