Hi, I just graduated from college and am going to be living in KTM for another two-three years. I am leaving the US around mid-August. Originally, I am from outside KTM (although I did my schooling in KTM) and am looking for a decent apartment to live in. Ideally, I am looking for a two bed room apartment (of course, with a kitchen and bathroom and if possible a common space too). I would like to live within the ring-road area, a place that is quiet and has a relatively regular supply of water. If are looking to rent out your place or know of anyone who may be willing to rent out an apartment, please let me know. I would appreciate your help. My email address is bishythapa@hotmail.com Thank you so much!

Which area you will be looking for ? Any special choice? Do you need a car garage too? How much you will be willing to pay 25K-50K?

I am looking in the range of 8,000 - 12,000 Rupees per month. I do not need a garage because I do not have a car. I do not need too high-fi of an apartment. Just a decent one!

Thanks!

Any particular area you wanted to reside? But your can not get a decent housing on that price. You can not imagine how much  changes it has been gone through since your last visit.

wow 25K for a decent apartment? Is it that expensive to live in Ktm these days? Sounds like things have changed a lot.

Bro: Kathmandu is quiet different than your left. It depends where you want to reside and facility you will be enjoying.
