तिमि भनेको अनन्त, अनादि, अविनासी आत्मा हो. आत्मा को अन्त्य हुनै सक्दैन. मानसपटलमा आएको एउटा भ्रित्तिको पछि नलाग. जुन कुराको जन्म नै भएको छैन, उसलाई मार्छु भन्नु मुर्खता हो. मुर्ख नबन. मानव सरिर पाउन तेती सजिलो छैन. अनेक किसिमको जीवन भोगाइ पछि आत्माले मानव सरिर पाउँछ. यो मानव शरीरको सहि सदुपयोग गर. बिहान उठेर यी तिन किसिम को प्राणायाम गर, १) भास्त्रिका २) कपालभाती ३) अनुलोम विलोम. यी प्राणायामले तिम्रो मनलाई सन्तुलनमा राख्ने काम गर्छ र रगत संचार सहज बनाई रगतलाई पूर्ण रुपले स्वच्छ पार्छ. यो गरि सकेपछि महाम्रित्युन्जय मन्त्र जप गर. यी कुराहरू दैनिक रुपमा गर्दै गयो भने मुलधार चक्र जागृत भै कुण्डलिनी शक्तिको परिवहन मस्तिस्कमा हुन्छ र शिव संग योग हुन्छ र तिमि महापुरुष हुनेछौ. अनेक किसिमका सक्ति तिमीमा आउने छन्. तिम्रो जीवन सफल होस्. हरि: ओम.

Pharsi, I think everyone passes that phase once in a life and now you're facing it. I had similiar feelings back in 2013. You gotta watch some inspiring videos and do meditation. Life is precius....enjoy each moment buddy

Hoin fb tyasto, dherai choti rokeko chu aafulai, tyati bela pani roke. Every morning I wake up with guilt and regret what I have done in the past. Then smoke a few cigarettes and try to feel better but it hasn't helped.

@Pharsi We all make mistakes, Dear. Even if we are guilty, we have to move forward. Don't let them get into your nerves. I can't share my stories with you but I have committed huge mistakes in my life. And I can relate with you. Take those mistakes as a life experience and move forward. Keep yourself strong. If you are depressed, go see a therapist or ask a friend for help, change your daily routine and add any type of exercise in your routine. Hope this can provide you some strength.
