Hi fellow Nepalis,

I wondering if there are any 2062 Nepali New year celebration events occurring in London, or anywhere around the U.K??? There seems to be few going on else where in the world but not U.K

I would very much appreicate if anyone can be of any help.

Huh? I thought London had one of the largest concentration of Nepali expats. (how many Nepalis are there in London, anyway?) So, Nepali New Year Celebration nahuney ta kurai chaina. Hola hola, kai na kai.

That's rite Chatmandu..London has the largest population in UK, there are tons of em! N people i know have attended these Nepalese function as far bak as i can remember..!!

Tiger, u must be new here rite..iv been active in these annual functions for a looooooong time so i assure u u'll be going to ur nearest Nepali New Year party very sooon...let me know which area u live in too. :Op

I thought it was about time i started learning more about my culture and meeting more Nepali people.....

So I look foward to hearing about any upcoming events and maybe seeing some of you there.

hmmm...nepali parties in the UK...well, I'm not sure about London but I know there's going to be one in Manchester, as there has been every year since god know's when! erm...i heard that it's going to be on April 17th or something like that, in the hough end center (as usual) k, hope that helps!

Yeah UNKNOWN 10, ur rite about the Manchester party, but i know there are quite a few in London, but its more of a meat market there if u know wat i mean so....heee..oh n wonderin if u'll be attending the party in manchester on the 17th april? I will be. ;o)

...yeah I've heard all the nep parties in London are always packed out but i've never been to one myself, personally I prefer the the smaller ones! lol, and in answer to your question - yes i will be attending the one on april 17th, may be i'll cu there and not even realise! hehe.
