For the most part the road between Lhasa and Kathmandu is quite safe, easy, and not too unsafe. The portion between Nyalam and Khasa (from where the pictures are posted) does have a few steep drops... but nothing compared to, for example the road from Tulsipur to Sallyan (that one has claimed busloads of people). That one does appear to come close to the one from Bolivia pictured in that site...

IS THAT IN NEPAL?? Cause I went on a road similliar to that. Only it was a meter wider than that. Shit! It was one hell of an experience. Nearly died on the car as I was really scared. It was on the way to Hetauda.

No Xena, that is not in Nepal. But yeah, I also remember going through some dangerous roads kind of similar to this, but not this crazy. I just can't recall the name of the place where we were heading, it was a long time ago. All I can recall is we went further than Palpa... and were heading somewhere.. Anyways, roads like these does exist in Nepal.

the last pic moreso looks like a adv for some suv, it couldnt possibly be a road used for transportation, whichever country it is in, i dont think any govt would use that road, and allow citizens to use it.
